All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and they clearly enjoy their work. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was lovely and comfortable. It's a great location for walking to the beach, the RSL and the town centre. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, both meals were good quality with a decent range of food and local wines on the menu. Staff in the restaurant are knowledgeable about the food and wines and happy to make amendments to meals where possible. We always stay here when we are in Warrnambool as we find the service and level of amenities are consistently high. Thanks for making our short holiday extra special.

The room was very excellent very comfortable, it was a good size room, bathroom was so big we actually had a seperate bath. we couldn’t believe we had only been there for 1 night and when we got back to our room the next day we found that it had been cleaned which doesn’t really happen when your only staying for 2 nights. Staff were excellent very helpful, answered all questions we had. i would highly recommend booking there, we will definitely be going back.

Breakfast choices were varied, covering every dietary need and everything was again cooked to perfection. Daily newspapers were ever present as you entered the restaurant at breakfast and the location was perfect for either walking or driving to various venues around town.

Staffs are super friendly and accommodate to guests' requests. Most importantly, the room gets cleaned everyday which lots of the motor inns DON'T do nowadays.
